      • Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

        • Currency exchange rates may fluctuate and impact final pricing.

            6. Shipping & Delivery

            • Orders are processed on the next business day after being placed.
            • Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or issues beyond our control.
            • You must provide complete and accurate shipping details. SONCE is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.
            • Once an order has been shipped it becomes the responsibility of the courier. Any delivery delays, issues, or misdeliveries must be resolved directly with the courier.
            • If Authority To Leave (ATL) or similar delivery option is selected, SONCE is not liable for any loss or theft that occurs after delivery has been confirmed.

              7. Returns & Refunds

              • We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our Refund Policy and Size Guide before making a purchase.
              • Faulty or damaged items may be eligible for a replacement or refund, provided the claim is made within 7 days of receiving the item and meets the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
              • SONCE reserves the right to inspect any faulty claim before issuing a refund or replacement.
