Once an order has been placed, however, it cannot be cancelled or amended — so we kindly ask that you carefully review your cart and make sure all details are correct before finalising your purchase.

Tracking

After successfully placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. When your order has been packed and dispatched, you will then receive a separate email with tracking information so that you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all contact and shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. SONCE is not liable for any delays, misdeliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. In such cases the loss rests with the customer and we won't be able to offer refunds or replacements.

Customs and Duties

All prices on our site include applicable sales taxes which means there won't be any hidden surprises at checkout. Please note, however, that depending on your delivery location some orders may incur customs fees or import duties.
