Order Processing

  • We know that no one likes waiting... so all orders are processed on the very next business day after being submitted!

    Once an order has been placed, however, it cannot be cancelled or amended — so we kindly ask that you carefully review your cart and make sure all details are correct before finalising your purchase.

    Tracking

    After successfully placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. When your order has been packed and dispatched, you will then receive a separate email with tracking information so that you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that all contact and shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. SONCE is not liable for any delays, misdeliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. In such cases the loss rests with the customer and we won't be able to offer refunds or replacements.

    While our global network of shipping partners are highly reliable and efficient, please note that all delivery timeframes listed above are estimates only and not guaranteed. Slight delays may occur during high-volume periods and/or severe weather events.

    Customs and Duties

    All prices on our site include applicable sales taxes which means there won't be any hidden surprises at checkout. Please note, however, that depending on your delivery location some orders may incur customs fees or import duties. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and unfortunately are outside of SONCE’s control.

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items

  • In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer you a replacement or refund.

    To request a return for a faulty or damaged item, please contact returns@sonce.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and include: 

    • Your full name and order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photographic evidence of the fault or damage 


    All claims will be assessed individually by our team and approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
