While SONCE will always endeavour to assist you with any issues that arise, as a small label w
e encourage mindful purchasing and kindly ask that you closely refer to our size guide and product descriptions before placing your order.
 

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or fit 

To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, product details, or garment measurements, please reach out to us prior to purchasing.  

Faulty or Damaged Items 

SONCE will gladly provide a replacement or refund in the case of: 

  • A manufacturing defect
  • An item damaged upon arrival 

To request a return for a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@sonce.com.au, and include: 

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the fault or damage 

All claims will be assessed individually by our team and approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. 

Important Information 

  • We reserve the right to assess the fault before approving a refund or replacement. 
  • Refunds for faulty items will be issued to your original payment method.
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
